Who we are
Raytron AI Integration (“Raytron,” “we,” “us”) is an AI workflow consulting business based in Mukilteo, Washington. This policy covers raytron.net, audit.raytron.net, and the booking and payment flows linked from them. Questions: [email protected] or 206-557-6552.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, business name, email, phone, and anything you write when you book a session, buy the AI audit, email us, or call.
- AI audit answers: your responses to the 15 audit questions, plus industry, team size and location.
- Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation that you paid and the amount, but never your full card number.
- Basic technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) used for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
- To deliver what you asked for: your audit report, your booked session and its written summary, and replies to your questions.
- To process payments and send receipts and booking confirmations.
- To follow up about the service you requested. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To keep our sites secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your audit answers to train AI models.
Service providers we use
- Stripe processes payments for the $29 audit and $150 workflow review.
- Cal.com handles scheduling for workflow reviews.
- OpenAI processes your audit answers through its API to help generate your personalized report.
- Google Workspace (Gmail) sends your report and our emails.
- Cloudflare provides secure delivery and protection for our websites.
- Google Fonts serves the fonts our pages use.
Each provider handles data under its own privacy terms. We share only what each one needs to do its job.
Cookies
Our sites use only the cookies needed to function (for example, security and session cookies). We do not run advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
We keep audit reports and booking records while they’re useful for serving you and for our business and tax records, then delete them. Ask us and we’ll delete your information sooner unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of follow-up messages, by emailing [email protected]. Washington residents may have additional rights under state law. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We host our systems on infrastructure we control, use encrypted connections, and limit access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top of this page.
