What happens next
- An initial booking confirmation email is sent immediately
- Your session is reviewed and formally approved
- Once approved, you’ll receive a second email with the official calendar invite and meeting access details
- If you selected a phone call, we’ll call the number provided at the scheduled time
- If you selected a virtual meeting, the access link will be in the final confirmation email
Before the session
- Identify one specific workflow you’d like evaluated
- If implementing AI for the first time, define your primary objective (efficiency, cost reduction, lead generation, customer response time, etc.)
- Be prepared to describe how that workflow currently operates
- Be available or join 5 minutes before the scheduled start time
